Hi! I'm Megan, a Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner and founder of The Hormone Edit. I live in Calgary with my husband, Taylor, our dog Ben, and our cat Porkchop. I love to both gravel and road cycle, rock climb, and hike.
My hormone journey began at the age of 12 when debilitating menstrual cramps landed me in the hospital almost every month. Without a definitive reason why, doctors prescribed birth control, and sent me on my way. For 21 years, I relied on it to manage my symptoms, because I was too afraid of the pain.
Driven by my personal experience and passion for holistic wellness, I created The Hormone Edit to empower women struggling with hormonal imbalances like severe PMS, period pain, heavy bleeding, low energy, skin issues and weight gain. My mission is to help you rewrite your hormone story through sustainable, healthy habits so you can reclaim your well-being and thrive naturally.
