This focused check-in turns your blueprint into lived results. We review your progress, wins, and sticking points, then fine-tune the plan so it fits real life. Expect clear adjustments to meals, timing, sleep and stress routines, movement, and supplements if used. You leave with a short list of priorities for the next 2 to 4 weeks and simple markers to track so you can see change without obsessing. What we cover -Symptom shifts. Energy, mood, cravings, sleep, cycle changes -Food patterns. Protein and fibre targets, portions, meal timing -Blood sugar and inflammation supports that are realistic for your week -Training load, recovery, and where to pull back or push -Supplement tweaks only when needed, with dosing notes Bring to the call A brief symptom tracker, a 3 to 7 day food snapshot, your questions, and any updates to meds or supplements. Timing Book 2 to 4 weeks after your assessment. VIP clients book a second follow-up around 6 to 8 weeks to lock in progress and expand variety. Outcome Three to five dialled-in actions you can start today, plus simple ways to measure what is working.
